Nia is designed with The Body\'s Way in mind and can be modified to accommodate a wide variety of ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
Throughout class, modifications are shown to help you tailor the moves to your own specific needs and desired outcome.
Not only is Nia a fun, expressive way to get fit, it provides knowledge that can help one benefit out of class, such as balance, flexibility, and increased awareness and vitality.
Nia is done barefoot ( if the temperature allows) to a wide variety of music styles and sounds.
