Michael performs on a range of instruments, including cigar-box guitar, and brings his love of story-based folk songs to deliver an evening of entertainment that will make you laugh, think and maybe even shed a tear.

Following the release of Michael J Tinker\'s debut solo album which featured BBC Folk Award nominee Katriona Gilmore, his career has gone from strength to strength. 2013 will see Michael perform up and down the country, guest with Damien O\'Kane (Kate Rusby Band) and spear-head an album project with the likes of Gilmore & Roberts, Jon Boden, Ian Stephenson (KAN), the Young \'uns and others.
