How to Book for Events and Performances

You can book for events and performances in advance by phone or by e-mail. Alternatively, you can always buy tickets on the door (subject to availability). Cheques should be made payable to Wotton Arts Project.

[1] By phone

To book tickets in advance for evening performances and events contact our programme co-ordinator Jo Phillips on 07791 323 869.

Prices vary between £5 and £12 (with concessions) - check on the calendar for details of individual events. Tickets will also be on sale on the door, subject to availability. Some events do sell out so please enquire early.

[2] By e-mail

We are operating an off-line e-mail booking system. Send us an e-mail booking request at least 48 hours before the event you want to attend and we will return a booking confirmation - subject to ticket availability - within 36 hours.

Cancelling bookings

We do not charge a booking fee and do not take payment for tickets before the event. However we will reserve tickets on request by phone to be paid for immediately before the event. We would appreciate it if you could tell us in advance if you no longer require the reservations you have made. This will help us to ensure that we can provide places for all people wanting to attend an event.

[3] In person at the event box office

Tickets will be on sale at the Chipping Hall half an hour before the published start time of the event (subject to availability).

How to book for classes and workshops:

To reserve places also contact the relevant tutor on the number listed in the calendar entry or on the programme. If the tutor's number is not given, contact Jo Phillips 07791 323 869.

Prices vary from £2 upwards check the calendar for details of individual classes. In most cases, participants will pay fees directly to the teacher. Again, it will usually be possible to turn up and take part on the day. Classes normally run on a termly basis. It may be possible to join in mid term check the relevant page within the calendar for details.
