What is Nia?
Nia is an exhilarating dance and movement form, done to soul stirring music. It draws from Jazz Modern and Duncan dance with elements of tai chi and yoga.
A class lasts for one hour and offers fun, fitness and well being, regardless of age, gender or physical condition.
