Jolly Babies : 14:30 - 15:00

with Helen Williams.

Structured but fun music classes for babies to help encourage listening skills, enhance bonding between mother and child, and develop a sense of rhythm.
The fabulous music and songs are a mixture of traditional tunes and songs that are unique and original to our delightful programme.

£4.50 per lesson

Knit Happens :

Some of us crochet and some of us needle-felt badgers. Some of us stitch fancy dress costumes the night before the party and some of us take a year to complete a project. Some of us only come to escape our families.

SCJC JAZZ JAM : 8pm

From 8pm once a month (every second Friday)

Free entry, donations welcome, bar open, PA provided

Bringing the benefit of jazz as an art form to the local community and to multiple levels of ability. All instruments/vocalists will be made welcome. If you can play the blues and want to have a crack at jazz – this is for you! If you want to come and just listen that is fine too. Jazz Jam Sessions are led by John Cook, Shairon Lloyd, Peter Neale and JJ Shaw.

THE ACHIEVERS : 8pm

The Achievers are a professional touring band from Gloucestershire specialising in vintage dance music. They light-up events with a setlist packed full of Rhythm & Blues, jump-blues, boogie-woogie, gospel and a hint of southern soul – music that inspires even the most casual of dancers.

Armed with original songs and a wealth of reworked R&B barnstormers - cherry-picked from the 40s, 50s and 60s - they are just starting to establish a name for themselves on the UK and European blues scene.
