SINGING WORKSHOP with Mairi Campbell : 10.30am

Mairi aims to support your voice in a nurturing, confidence building and fun workshop.

Her facilitation draws from her career as a singer, choir leader and improviser.

Expect to move your body, make up stuff in the moment, sing alongside someone else and be surprised by what you can do!

Feedback from workshop participants.

“The improvisation exercises were a revelation, opening up new ways of co-operating and creating.”

I said that I wanted to feel more confident with my singing and I do. Also I feel happier about harmonising and risking straying into off tune and off beat areas"

Eco-Bricks Drop in Session : 2-5pm

Free Entry

This will be an informal drop-in session led by Holly Griffiths. Come and say hi, learn about the bricks, chat about what we could do with them and learn how to make them.

Bring along any soft plastics you've been saving (must be clean and dry) - any plastic that's not recyclable and empty, clean, clear and dry plastic bottles under 1 litre. We can work together on stuffing the bottles and learn the easiest techniques to get the bottles to their needed weight.

This is a community project to promote awareness on waste whilst creating something fun, unique and useful for our community.

All welcome, bring along children.

WALKING FESTIVAL QUIZ : 7:30pm for 8pm start

Maximum 6 people per team.

There will be a raffle and bar.

Proceeds towards Wotton Walking Festival and bar proceeds to UTEA

£12 per team. Pay on the door.

Saturday 27th April 2019

Drop in for coffee and pastries between 10am -12 noon and meet Ali, our volunteer coordinator. Find out how you can help us and get involved in our events.

We need volunteers to help run our events - on the door, behind the bar, and setting up and clearing away. We also need help behind the scenes - putting up posters and doing the recycling to name a few. If you would like to get involved, or would just like to find out more, come along and talk to us. It's a great way to meet new people, and if you volunteer at an event you get to watch for free!
