'SPONSOR A SQUARE'

We've kept it simple and divided the wall space of the main hall into square metres. This way we can keep you updated on how we are doing. For just £10 you can help transform a square metre of the Chipping Hall

We have fantastic news! In under a week, your generosity has amazed us, and we are over the moon to be able to announce that we have reached the first milestone of 40 Squares sponsored. These 40 squares will cover the cost of prepping the woodwork (panelling and doors) in the main hall. We have wasted no time and booked local decorator Rob (Oh So Clean) to start the sanding and filling in a couple of weeks. It's very exciting. Our next target is another 40 squares. This will pay for the labour to repair and paint the walls above the panelling in the main hall. Each square is £10. Please click here to make a donation. We had initially hoped that we could do this work with a group of volunteers, but soon realised that the walls are so high it would be safer to get professional help. Don't worry though... there's still plenty of painting and DIY work for volunteers to get involved with! Sam has been recording the generous offers of paint, materials, equipment and help. As soon as the situation allows we will be able to start collecting materials and create rotas for decorating the smaller areas (lobby, toilets, green room etc). If you haven't already, and would like to join the list of volunteers please email info@utea.org.uk Thank you again for all your help and support, we couldn't do this without you, our wonderful UTEA community. We've launched an online gallery on Facebook to share the creative talents of our community. We'd love you to take a look and add your images.

Whilst the hall is closed and we are unable to share evenings of entertainment together,we hope you'd like to join us in looking to the future by donating £10, the equivalent price of a ticket to an event at UTEA.

Please donate here.

And this is a link to our poster - we'd love it if you could print a copy to display in your window!

Thank you!
