Cheese Masterclass hosted by Leo Wirtz from L'affinage du Fromage (March23)

Come and join Leo and Louise from 'L'affinage du Fromage' for an evening of cheese exploration! Leo and Louise will guide you through the history of cheese, how it's made, different types of cheeses, facts and myths and most importantly you will be served a selection 8-10 cheeses to try. These events are fun and informal and as such you will always feel very welcome whether you come as an individual, couple or larger group. The evening will last approximately 2 hours and the UTEA bar will be serving a selection of fine wines to accompany your cheeses.
