These forms of dance make you feel good and empowered with a certain amount of core work which strengthens the lower back and tummy muscles and giving your spine much support and extra flexibility - the movements are sensual and fun to do.Â
Hazel is an experienced dancer and teacher having danced all her life and has been teaching this form of dance for 25 years. She is the Artistic Director of the Dance Troupe HAZIZ Dancers who put on beautiful and exotic stage shows.
