Gentle Bliss Yoga with Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Gift yourself with the enjoyment of a weekend mini-retreat in Wotton-Under-Edge, with a two hour Yoga and Sound Healing session at Under the Edge Arts. Bliss Russell MRes BSc(Hons) will lead a gentle, restorative Hatha yoga class immediately followed by the soothing and entrancing sounds of pure quartz crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, rattles, ocean drum, wood and bone flutes in a nourishing and rebalancing sacred sound meditation. 

Participants must bring their own yoga mat, blanket or sleeping bag and pillow to fully enjoy this immersive relaxation and well-being session.
