About
A gong bath is a fabulous way to unwind and relax to the healing powers of the gongs. Come along, lie or sit and surrender to the these beautiful sounds. Booking is essential for these sessions and covid secure measures will be in place. Places will be limited to 8 for each session. Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket - anything you need to lie down and fully relax. Please bring water.
