WELL BEING SUNDAY

Come and join the well-being crew to reset for Autum. We are a bunch of local therapists, inviting you to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

We are offering a day of relaxation and connection, where you will have time just for you.

Gemma will start the day with gentle yoga with an intentional reflection with a heart-felt appreciation through meditation.

Dorethy will lead us in a dance session which involves finding the still centre of the turning world, connecting to the power within us, experiencing joy, energy and healing through dancing together to glorious music.

We will come together to make a healthy snack.

Lunch time please bring and share your lunch if you wish.

Candy will show us how to use our intuitive voice as a gentle and powerful way of healing offering a chance to try your hand at drumming.

Jacky will hold a circle to discuss limiting beliefs and how they can sometimes hold us back, followed by an amazing sound bath with Candy, to immerse you into a deep relaxation.

Throughout the day Tim will be offering Reiki and Alison will be offering a holistic massage for 30 minutes. This will be an extra £10.00 each and is currently only available for participants of the whole event. Please let us know if you would like a specific time slot - email info@utea.org.uk

Wellbeing Sunday is a UTEA fundraiser, thanks to these generous therapists, all proceeds will go to UTEA.
