Qigong with Sally

Qigong is moving meditation, the integration of breathing practice with mindful movement to allow your body to relax and your mind to settle, through a series of gentle exercises. Qigong is also effective for your physical health, improving flexibility, balance and core strength. Classes with Sally are inclusive, supportive and relaxed. They are suitable for all ages, fitness levels and abilities. Your first class is only £5, then £10 drop-in after that or £32 for a 4 class block.
