WAMA (Wotton Area Mutual Aid) is pleased to announce that the Chair Yoga zoom sessions will be running again every Thursday at 2.00p.m (starting 7 Jan) over the next 4 weeks. They are free to all residents of Wotton and the surrounding area.

Each session stands alone, so you don’t need to have done one before in order to join the next.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while sitting. Some poses are also done standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain… definitely things that are needed as we stay at home.
