Are you feeling a little overwhelmed by the current situation, but trying to keep calm and carry on?
These online groups will explore how breathing and simple meditation techniques can help. Over the weeks (until we can meet in person again!) I will lead you through the basics of breathwork and guided meditation, explaining how and why it works, giving you tools to use everyday as well as a feeling of wellbeing by the end of each class. It will be a gentle, inclusive, supportive and lighthearted experience, no sitting in the lotus position chanting ‘Om’ I promise!
